Refund policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for Blitzcribe Pro. It is part of our Terms of service.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel Pro whenever you like. On the web, open Plan in your account settings and choose Manage subscription. For a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play, cancel through Apple or Google.

When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again.

No refunds or proration

Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or under the store policies described below. We do not offer discretionary refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time, including when you cancel or delete your account.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, email support@blitzcribe.com so we can investigate. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Account deletion

Deleting your account ends your access immediately and cancels a web subscription. It does not keep Pro active until the end of the paid period and does not entitle you to a refund or proration, except as required by applicable law.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it with Apple or Google first. Export any transcripts you want to keep before deleting your account. Our Privacy policy explains how we delete your data.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Subscriptions bought in the App Store or on Google Play are billed under that store’s terms and refund policies. We do not offer discretionary refunds for these purchases. You can request a refund from Apple or Google under their policies; this policy does not limit refunds they grant.

What a refund changes

A refund of the current subscription period may end the Pro access provided by that subscription. Your account returns to the Free plan only if no other active subscription or grant provides Pro. Correcting a duplicate or other erroneous charge does not by itself end a separate valid subscription. Store refund decisions may take time to appear in Blitzcribe.

Refunds do not delete your transcripts. While your account remains open, they stay readable, editable, and exportable, and any unused free allowance remains available.
