How accurate are the transcripts?
Highly accurate on clear recordings, and Blitzcribe shows you exactly where to look twice. It flags the few words it is unsure of and links every line to the audio, so checking a quote takes seconds. Fix any word or speaker label in place before you file.
What files can I upload?
Audio or video, including M4A, MP3, and WAV.
Is my source material private?
Blitzcribe does not use your data to train models. We use service providers to store and transcribe recordings, and session replay may include content displayed in the app. Read the privacy policy.
What do I get for free?
3 hours of transcription with no card required. The allowance never resets, and deleting recordings does not restore it. Your transcripts stay available to read, edit, and export.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
Pro stays active until your paid period ends. You keep access to your transcripts and any unused free allowance. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or under the applicable store policy. We do not prorate unused time. Read the refund policy.
How does the Pro allowance work?
Pro includes 20 hours of transcription per billing period, resetting on your monthly billing date. Once you use those hours, new transcriptions pause until the next period. Existing transcripts stay available to read, edit, and export. Need more hours? Email support@blitzcribe.com
